About The Author:

Michelle Padilla has been active in the service of others for over 15 years. She is uniquely qualified to write on the subject contained in this book. In a sincere and honest approach, she characterizes her techniques and advice from her own life experience.

Michelle has done varied work in her field, which includes volunteer work, child advocacy, teaching sunday School, and teaching at day care centers and nursery schools where she gained experience with children of all races and backgrounds. She ran a youth program for troubled inner city youth in New York City. Her training for this type of work was at an inner city theological school where she did field work which included working with homeless children, aids victims, the drug addicted and abused youth. What qualifies her most is that she has worked as a live-in and live-out Professional nanny with hands-on experience in all aspects related to caregiving. She has been a nanny for working class families, for single parents, diplomats, and celebrities.

Michelle received her credentials in child care at Molloy College in Long Island, New York. Michelle specializes in early Childhood education and child development. She stays updated in her C.P.R. courses and firstaid through Winthrop University Hospital on Long Island.
